Abe Kesablyan is a visionary entrepreneur, executive producer, and real estate investor with a passion for storytelling, business, and entertainment. His journey began in the restaurant industry, where he made history as one of the youngest restaurant owners in the world. While attending UC San Diego, he launched FireBirds Chicken at just 20 years old. With dedication, strategic leadership, and an eye for quality, he grew the brand into a thriving fast-casual chain alongside his brother, George.
Now, Abe has expanded his expertise into the entertainment industry, bringing his business acumen and creative instincts to film and television. As an executive producer, he plays a key role in financing and developing compelling projects, ensuring they have both artistic vision and commercial success. His ability to identify high-potential opportunities, combined with his deep appreciation for cinema, allows him to support stories that captivate audiences and make a lasting impact.
In addition to his work in film and restaurants, Abe has a strong passion for real estate. He actively invests in properties, focusing on strategic acquisitions that generate long-term value. His keen understanding of market trends and his ability to spot emerging opportunities have allowed him to build a diverse real estate portfolio, further solidifying his entrepreneurial success.
Beyond business, Abe has a deep love for sports, film, and the restaurant industry. Whether he’s creating new dining experiences, supporting groundbreaking film projects, expanding his real estate ventures, or following his favorite teams, he brings the same level of passion and commitment to everything he does.
Born in Los Angeles and raised in Santa Barbara, Abe’s entrepreneurial journey took off in San Diego, where he first turned his ideas into reality. Today, he continues to push boundaries in business, entertainment, and real estate, dedicated to building brands, supporting storytellers, and bringing fresh ideas to life.
